Corporate marketing plans have been progressively turning into a standard because of cause-related marketing (CRM). This research looks at the planned result of a situational factor that may be meddled with on social networking sites (SNSs) through advertisement of cause-related marketing (CRM). For the purpose of supporting a social cause, statements are given that inspire confidence in the sponsoring organisation. This research investigates whether the impact of a CRM campaign on customer receptivity develops through customers' attributional thinking. It additionally contemplates how exceedingly sceptical versus less sceptical customers contrast in their reactions to CRM promotions. An online experiment was conducted. A total of 409 undergraduate students participated in the study. The confirmatory factor analysis was carried out with help of AMOS 22, whereas the moderating role of attribution was analysed by carrying out regression analysis in SPSS v.20. The strategy by which purchasers see and assess organisations' intentions decides the viability of the organisations' CRM promotions.  In the end, a customer’s perception of an organisation's credibility greatly affects their goal to join that organisation's brand page. This research propels speculations about customers' defensive components by anticipating the good reactions of the customers about the brand pages that highlight the CRM on SNSs. Pages 18 to 34

Objective: Previous studies found that the main reason for failure in supply chain organisation was the inability to adapt to the major element of modernization. The purpose of this research paper was to examine the multifaceted scope of supply chain with respect to cloud computing, to investigate the performance of a supply chain department that is equipped with cloud-supported supply chain information systems, to understand the sustainability of an organisation driven by the theory of resources based view, and moreover, to explore the controlling influence of management. Methodology: Data was collected from different firms operating in Indonesia using cross sectional analysis. Structural Equation Model has been used to examine the connection between cloud-supported supply chain information system and resulting performance based on proposed prototype. Results: Findings revealed that cloud computing has a very progressive influence on supply chain and that cloud-supported supply chain information systems are positively connected with performance, which ultimately affects an organisation’s sustainability. Management influence regulates the association between three core areas, which are performance of supply chain department, suppliers, and internal processes. In addition, management does not have any controlling influence in integrated customer management and related supply chain performance. Pages 35 to 59

One of the potentials of internet usage is the vast availability of information, especially when social media has been widely used among the digital society, including students. Students are able to acquire information easily and respond and give comment to information directly. However, this ease of access to information leads to an issue where the validity of information becomes uncertain. This will create a bigger problem if students are not taught literacy. Bahasa Indonesia has now become the language favoured by foreign society. BIPA Program (Bahasa Indonesia untuk Penutur Asing) or equals to Bahasa Indonesia Foreign Speaker is the government’s program to provide an opportunity to socialise Bahasa Indonesia to every corner of the world. Literacy in Bahasa Indonesia of foreign society has become the mission of BIPA. Yet, learning activities like reading to merely answer questions is only to discover what is explicitly delivered in the text without revealing the implicit meaning by exploring the text. Based on this condition, the students who are projected to be BIPA participants other than mastering the knowledge and structure of Bahasa Indonesia, should also understand and have the skill of critical literacy through android-based learning media during BIPA learning activities that is developed using Adobe Flash CS 6. This research development adopted ADDIE model to develop android-based learning media throughout BIPA learning activity. The stages of ADDIE consist of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Android-based media that was developed through this research has undergone the process and staged according to the research development model implemented. As a conclusion the content material is very feasible, the media is viable and E-BIPA teaching media is effective in improving 75% the learning result and receives a response from the teachers and students. E-BIPA teaching media is able to help BIPA tutors in teaching Bahasa Indonesia to their students. Pages 119 to 128

From previous researches, it has been found that organizational performance and organizational learning depends greatly on leadership style. Consequently, this research was conducted on Physicians of public and private hospitals of Indonesia to find the relationship and impact of servant leadership of physicians of public and private hospitals on organizational performance and organizational learning. The study also assessed whether tenure of physicians in providing service to healthcare develops attributes of servant leadership. The target population is general physicians working in primary and tertiary care hospitals including consultants, Chief Physicians and the Resident Medical Officer. Data was collected from 341 physicians via convenience sampling. SPSS version 22 was used for statistical analysis. The findings are that servant leadership has a positive correlation with organization learning (r= 0.498, p = < 0.001) while a moderate weak correlation was observed between servant leadership and organizational performance (r= 0.369, p = < 0.001). There is no difference between the physicians working in government hospitals and private hospitals, traits (Listening, Empathy, Foresight, Stewardship, Commitment, building etc.) of servant leadership are found in both. The main research objective is to determine whether qualities of servant leaders are present in physicians and whether these can help improve hospital performance and learning which can ultimately increase hospital performance and improve the healthcare system. This would help increase organization productivity and a learning atmosphere would be created where physicians enhance their skills and serve more people. Pages 338 to 363

This research is based on the recurring problem occurrence of karhutla (Karhutla) in Indonesia, although there have been many leadership changes at the national and regional levels. This is caused by many factors, such as the weak aspects of the organisational and operational control of Karhutla, from the central to local government level. One factor is the leadership aspect at every level of government. The research method used is descriptive qualitative and aims to understand the problems and social conditions related to the role of transglobal leadership in controlling Karhutla in Indonesia. Data collection is through observations, interviews, and documentation. This study uses operational parameters that function as indicators of control performance. The control referred to in this study is stipulated in the Minister of Environment and Forestry Regulation Number 32 of 2016, which covers the process of organising and operating the karhutla control. Forestry forest control organisations (Dalkarhutla) include the National Government, Provincial Governments, and Regency / City Governments. Whereas Dalkarhutla's operations cover the planning, prevention, post-fire, work coordination, and preparedness status. The operational parameters of the research will refer to five characteristics of transglobal leadership, namely uncertainty resilience, team connectivity, pragmatic flexibility, perspective responsiveness, and talent orientation.
